Decision on Amending Some Rules and Regulatory Documents was deliberated and passed on the 55th ministerial meeting of the Ministry of Commerce on August 17, 2015 after deliberating with Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Land and Resources, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, General Administration of Customs, State Administration of Taxation, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, State Administration of Work Safety, State Food and Drug Administration, China Securities Regulatory Commission, State Administration of Foreign Exchange. This decision is promulgated today and shall come into force on the day of its promulgation.
