Located in the south of Xindu Road and in the south of Xintai City, south of Beijing Shanghai Expressway, with a total investment of RMB 1 billion Yuan, covering an area of 600 Mu and a construction area of 400,000 square meters. It is planned to be completed from 2018 to 2020, which is divided into two parts: south area and north area. It is composed of "four cores, eight areas and four centers". Four cores: 1. precision machining, 2. metal surface treatment, 3. high-precision heat treatment, 4. precision alloy casting as the core of industrial functions; eight zones: 1. precision machining zone; 2.  intelligent auto parts and equipment parts production zone; 3. standard parts and engineering parts processing production zone; 4. electronic components production zone; 5. metal surface treatment zone; 6. high-precision heat treatment zone; 7. precision alloy casting zone; 8. public service management supporting zone; four centers: 1. provincial industrial parts testing center; 2. industrial waste treatment center; 3. scientific and technological research and development center; 4. equipment, materials, accessories and consumables trading center (material supermarket).
