On June.25, 2016, China and Russia published the Joint Declaration again in Beijing, which emphasized the consensus on implementing Silk Road Economic Belt construction and  Eurasian Economic Union cooperation has a great significance, and advocated the establishment of comprehensive Eurasian partnership on the basis of openness, transparency and consideration of mutual interests.

The launch of feasibility study of Eurasian Economic Partnership Agreement is an important step to implement the consensus of leaders of the two countries.
