The second annual conference on science and technology of Chinese liquor was held in Beijing .
Liquor-making industry is has a long history, contains the virtuosity of traditional industry, which plays an indispensable part in people's daily life. Since the implement of the policy of Reform and Opening up to the outside world, liquor-making industry has always putting hard efforts to the liquor field, maintaining the healthy and stable development of liquor industry in China, has continuously contributing to national consumption.
Currently, liquor-making industry is in the same situation as the whole national economy to face the profound adjustment. The second annual conference on science and technology of Chinese liquor analyzed the new challenge and opportunity that liquor industry was facing, indicated that the enterprises should make effort to realize innovation to achieve the constructional adjustment as well as industrial upgrade.
President Xi pointed that the Chinese of all ethnic groups is unitedly struggling to build a well-off society in an all-round way, and to realize the great Chinese dream . We urgently need powerful scientific and technological innovation than ever more. The strategy innovation driven development y that was carried out at the 18th National People’s Congress, which was the basis of social productivity and comprehensive national power. It was a positive response to our party’s call that we held the second conference on science and technology of Chinese liquor. Based on the status of liquor-making industry in China, we can hold a positive prospect for the liquor industry’s future. At the same time, we should put an emphasis on science and technology innovation, striving to achieve the strategy that innovation drives development.
